At Complex Psychology, we work collaboratively with clients and the service sector to achieve our vision of a right to a meaningful and engaged life for everyone.
When working with clients who have complex needs, there are always strengths that can be drawn upon and supports that can be put in place. In most cases, plans can be put in place to support people with complex needs in a way that helps them, their family and friends and the broader community.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
We provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our practitioners bring extensive knowledge and experience in working with individuals who present with complex combinations of diagnoses such as cognitive disabilities, serious mental illness, personality disorders, autism, and other neurodiverse presentations.
Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI)
We provide services under the Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI).
MACNI is a specialised program established under the Human Services (Complex Needs) Act 2009, designed to support individuals who experience multiple and intersecting complexities.
Risk Assessment
At Complex Psychology, we bring extensive experience working within the forensic system.
Our team has provided psychological services across a range of forensic settings, and are familiar with the complexities of working with participants involved in the justice system.
Allied Health
We offer a range of psychology, occupational therapy, and social work services.
We have extensive experience working with individuals who have complex needs, including those involved in the forensic system.
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
We provide Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) for NDIS participants who require a higher level of expertise.
All staff delivering this service hold allied health qualifications, ensuring that coordination is informed by clinical understanding and experience.
